各自为政的典故

故事公元前607年，郑国出兵攻打宋国。宋国派华元为主帅，统率宋军前往迎战。两军交战之前，华元为了鼓舞土气，杀羊犒劳将土。忙乱中忘了给他的马夫羊斟分一份，羊斟便怀恨在心。交战的时候，羊斟对华元说：“分发羊肉的事你说了算，今天驾驭战车的事，可就得由我说了算了。”说完，他就故意把战车赶到郑军阵地里去。结果，堂堂宋军主帅华元，就这样轻易地被郑军活捉了。宋军失掉了主帅，因而惨遭失败。
