三国时期，曹丕称帝，东吴孙权也想成就帝业就投靠他，曹丕封他为吴王，还想立他的儿子孙登为太子。孙权派沈珩送去很多珠宝与香料。他们约定魏吴信守诺言，言归于好。沈珩不辱使命，回东吴后被封安乡侯。
