移风易俗的典故
西汉初年，社会秩序很不安定，虽然国力得到一定的恢复，但社会风气没有大的改观。贾谊看到这个问题深为忧虑，就上书汉文帝：虽然政权已经改变，但社会遗风余俗依然存在，而移风易俗、使人心趋向正道的使命不能推卸，不能只用文书往来应付。
