干城之将的典故
孔子之孙子思在卫国向卫侯推荐苟变为将，说苟变可以指挥五百辆战车。但卫侯说此人为吏时曾吃人两个鸡蛋，不可用。子思说，圣人用人如同木匠用木材，取其所长，弃取所短，像几抱粗的梓木，不能因为一寸朽烂便舍弃不用。
