处之泰然的成语故事

拼音chǔ zhī tài rán

基本解释处：处理；对待；之：代词。泰：毫不在意很放心的样子。形容处理事情不慌不忙；沉着镇定。也指对事情无动于衷。也作“泰然处之”。

出处先秦 孔子《论语 雍也》：“子曰：‘贤哉！回也！一箪食，一瓢饮，在陋巷，人不堪其忧。”宋 朱熹注：“颜子之贫如此，而处之泰然，不以害其乐。”

处之泰然的典故

春秋时期，孔子在他的学生中最喜欢颜回，他十分尊敬孔子。孔子指出缺点马上就改正，孔子问他为什么不去谋个一官半职。颜回说只要学到老师的道德学问何必去做官。孔子赞叹颜回吃的是一竹筐饭，喝的是一瓢水，处之泰然，自得其乐。
