束之高阁的典故
庚翼是东晋人，他从小就有过人的才智和远大的志向，作战中屡立奇功，被封为都亭侯，官至征西将军。与他同时代的殷浩也很有才能，而且长于高谈阔论，20岁的时候，就出了名，后来做了扬州的刺史，不久又调任建武将军，都督扬、豫、徐、兖、青五州的军事，但是在讨伐放昌和洛阳敌人的战役中，却屡打败仗，被革了职。后来有人向庚翼建议，让殷浩重新出来做官，庚翼对此不以为然，他认为殷浩是一个徒有虚名的清谈家，只会高谈阔论，而没有真才实干，于是带着鄙夷的神情说：“他像无用之物一样，只好把他捆起来放到高楼上去，等到天下太平后，再来考虑任用他。”
