疾风扫秋叶的典故
前秦皇帝苻坚实行严厉统治，加强前秦的军事实力，先后消灭了前燕、前凉、代国，统一北方黄河流域，并占领东晋的部分土地。383年，他不顾文武百官的反对，认为打东晋是疾风扫落叶一般，亲率90万大军进攻东晋，结果惨败身亡。
