曾惇，字谹父，南丰（今属江西）人。纡子。高宗绍兴三年（一一三三）官太府寺丞，十二年知黄州（《能改斋漫录》卷一一），十四年知台州，十八年知镇江府，二十六年知光州（《建炎以来系年要录》卷七○、一五一、一五八）。 曾惇诗，据《能改斋漫录》等书所录，编为一卷。
