释法成（一○七一～一一二八），俗姓潘，秀州嘉兴（今属浙江）人。祝发后于吴兴金山广法院事本觉法真守一禅师，后十九年至随州大洪山师芙蓉道楷禅师。徽宗大观元年（一一○七）传法香山，政和二年（一一一二），住持汴京净因禅院，后住镇江焦山普济禅院，晚归广法禅院。为青原下十二世，芙蓉道楷禅师法嗣。高宗建炎二年卒，年五十八。事见《北山集》卷三二《宋故焦山长老普證大师塔铭》，《嘉泰普灯录》卷五、《五灯会元》卷一四有传。今录诗八首。
