石安民，生卒年待考。宋代官吏。字惠叔,广西桂林人。宋绍兴十五年（1145）进士,曾任象州判官,执法严明,决狱明恕。后分教廉、藤二州,提倡德教,文风大振。早年曾从沈晦、胡寅游，受知于张浚。能文善诗,博学多能,与其弟安行、安时并称"三石"。后知吉阳军,未赴而卒。著有《惠叔文集》。
