郭则沄（1881-1947）字蛰云、养云、养洪，号啸麓，别号孑厂(音庵)、龙顾山人、遁圃老迂，福建侯官县人，光绪二十九年(1903)进士，历任温州、处州兵备道道员。辛亥革命后，历任北洋政府总统府秘书长、铨叙局长、侨务局总裁等。1922年退职后，寓居天津，入须社。著有《龙顾山房诗集》《龙顾山房诗馀》《十朝诗乘》《旧德述闻》等。
