周岸登（1872-1942），字道援，号癸叔，威远一和乡人。以词风初尚吴梦窗、周草窗，后别号“二窗词客”。清同治十一年清明日，出生于距城10里之白鹤湾。年16，以童生及第秀才。光绪十八年19岁时经乡试中举人，自是蜚声士林。1942年9月以血溺病逝，葬于望江楼畔狮子山之阳。
