澄江镇人，名骏材，别号澄江福地老人。光绪六年生，享年九十一岁，工诗词，擅书法，上海第一师范传习所毕业，毕业后从事教育事业，历任辅延小学、君永小学、市立第七学校、武进育德女校澄以及励实中学等校教师和代理校长。
