希圣（1864年-1905年）清末官员，诗人。字亦元，号卧公，湖南湘乡（长沙）人。生于清穆宗同治三年，卒于德宗光绪三十一年，年四十二岁。光绪十八年（1892）进士。官刑部主事，荐举经济特科。初治训诂，通古今治法，尝纂《光绪会计录》以总综财赋，又草《律例损益议》，张百熙等极重之。百熙奉诏管学，引以为助。希圣通籍后始学为诗，有作必七律，以玉溪生（李商隐）自许，著有《雁影斋诗存》，传于世。
