邓玉宾，[元]（约公元一二九四年前后在世）名、里、生卒年及生平均不详，约元世祖至元末前后在世，工散曲。《全元散曲》收他小令四首。官同知，散见太平乐府及北宫词记中。元代诸多文人词家始于仕而终于道，信道慕仙，是为时尚，邓玉宾亦然。自谓"不如将万古烟霞赴一簪，俯仰无惭"。（邓玉宾〔南昌·一枝花套〕）明·朱权《太和正音谱》评其词"如幽谷芳兰"。其曲格调清丽雅致，耐人咀嚼。
