罗玘（1447年-1519年）字景鸣，号圭峰，学者称圭峰先生。江西南城睦安乡磁圭人。成化二十二年（1486年），乡试第一第二年考中进士，被选为庶吉士，授翰林院编修，进侍读。著有《圭峰文集》《续集》《类说》《圭峰奏议》等。
