（1757—1820）福建侯官人，字巨廷，一字退谷。乾隆二十四年举人。历邵武、嘉义、安溪等县教谕。少时喜读宋儒书。于清儒好胡渭、顾栋高、任启运、方苞四家著作，谓其切于伦常日用。在台湾曾应聘修志。巡道某议辟台湾山后蛤仔滩，金銮考其始末，作纪略。另有《泉漳治法》、《退谷文集》。
