（?—289）西晋颍川颍阴人，字公曾。早慧而博学。仕魏，累迁侍中。辟大将军曹爽掾。历官安阳令，有政绩，迁廷尉正，参大将军司马昭军事，领记室。晋武帝即位，封济北郡侯。拜中书监。与贾充共定律令。迁光禄大夫，掌乐事，修律吕。转秘书监，整理纪籍。得汲冢古文竹书，撰次之，以为《中经》。官至尚书令。卒谥成。
