（约387—约421）南朝朱陈郡阳夏人，字宣远。一曰名檐，字通远。善为文，辞采丰美，与族叔混、族弟灵运俱有盛名。初为桓伟安西参军。宋时，为中书侍郎，以其弟谢晦权遇日重，惊骇惧祸，乃自请降黜，为豫章太守。遇疾卒。
