吴龙翰（1229—？）字式贤，号古梅，歙县人。生卒年均不详，约宋度宗成淳中前后在世。师方岳，咸淳中贡于乡，以荐授编校国史院实录。咸淳四年（1268）十月与鲍云龙、宋复一等三人，自带干粮，费时三天，涉足丹崖，登上了黄山莲花峰峰顶，并写下《黄山纪游》。吴龙翰所著《黄山纪游》，为现存最早游莲花峰的文字。德祐二年（1276）乡校请充教授，寻弃去。家有老梅，因以古梅为号。尝为之赋。龙翰著有《古梅吟叶》六卷，《四库总目》传于世。
