明州鄞县人，字子声，一字石隐。史浩孙。以祖泽为太府寺簿。理宗绍定初知江阴军。李全之乱，江阴当要害，隽之始至逾月，请兵分屯，度地宜建堡栅，储粮备器，士气感奋，军整民安。推行乡饮酒礼，时称其有补风化。后官至直宝谟阁致仕。
