李刘（1175-1245），字公甫，号梅亭，崇仁白沙（今江西省崇仁县张坊乡沙洲村附近）人。南宋后期骈文作家。自幼聪明好学，喜作骈文诗词。嘉定元年（1208）中进士（明弘治《抚州府志》卷一八），初任宁乡县（今湖南宁乡）主簿。曹彦约为湖广总领时，留为幕僚。董居谊出任四川制置使时曾为属僚。先后在四川荣、眉两州任知州，后担任西南一带的漕运使，统领成都等诸路军马，以御使大夫之职负责四川（含云、贵）的军、政事务，掌八印于一身。后迁两浙运干，历任礼部郎官兼崇政殿说书、起居舍人、吏部侍郎、中书舍人兼直院，宝章阁待制等职。他治事果断，措施得当，僚佐无不叹服。
