（1217—1276）温州乐清人，字声伯，号蒙川、质翁。少读于雁荡山僧寺，理宗淳祐十年试入太学。以上书忤执政，安置南安军。及还，复极言政治得失。以材署昭庆军节度掌书记，由学官试馆职。历监察御史，改正字，官至吏部尚书兼工部尚书、中书舍人。元兵陷临安，陈宜中谋拥二王，迎黻共政，行至罗浮病卒。有《蒙川遗稿》。
