道自虚无生一气，谁为安名分五太？一气判而生两仪，清升浊沦成覆载。
阴阳经纬如掷梭，乾坤阖辟如扇鞴。两仪妙合有三才，七窍凿开生万类。
无极之真剔浑沦，日用平常无不在。生生化化百千机，不出只今这皮袋。
诚能自己究根宗，四象五行本圆备。三反昼夜志不分，绝利一源功百倍。
打透精关与气关，潜通天籁并地籁。头头合辙有规绳，窍窍光明无窒碍。
若向这里具眼睛，便将两采做一赛。抬头撞倒须弥峰，举步踏翻玄妙寨。
单提一理阐真宗，会合万殊归正派。炼阳神了出阳神，自色界超无色界。
我见今时修行人，多是造妖并捏怪。气高强大傲同侪，逞俊夸能云自会。
机锋捷辩假聪明，驾驭谈空干智慧。初机学者受欺瞒，博学玄流不见爱。
只管目前逞强梁，不顾末后受殃害。人前饶舌口喃喃，却如担水河头卖。
生烟发火念头差，逐境随时心地隘。涝涝洒洒弄精神，热热乱乱苦打睚。
般精运气枉辛勤，数息按摩徒意快。昏沉掉举难主张，不昏即散如之奈！
神衰气散怎医治，髓竭形羸空后悔。若求正道出迷津，免使填还冤业债。
收拾从前狂乱心，掀翻往日豪强态。事父之心推事师，得旨先须持禁戒。
恕己之心推恕人，不责于人因善贷。不自明而全其明，不自大而成其大。
无事无欲及无知，去甚去奢并去泰。立基下手要严持，触境遇缘更淘汰。
只凭铅汞做丹头，莫认涂泥为宝贝。更须上下交坎离，勿谓东西为震兑。
交梨火枣非肾心，木液金精岂肝肺。休泥缘觉及声闻，不属见知并学解。
究竟无中养就儿，禅天净尽绝纤芥。九还七返那机关，不在内兮不在外。
本来实相了无形，亘古虚灵终不昧。抱元守一诸蕴空，笃志力行休懈怠。
合和四象聚三元，攒簇五行会八卦。烹庚炼甲有抽添，阳火阴符知进退。
虚无湛寂运机缄，恍惚窈冥旋造化。两般灵物入中宫，一道金光明四下。
西南黄氏老婆心，鼓合南陵丁女嫁。青衣女子才归房，白首金公来入舍。
夫欢妇合交阴阳，雨态云情忘昼夜。气固精凝结圣胎，产颗玄珠太希诧。
四方剔透大光明，八面玲珑无缝罅。都来些子圆团圞，黄金万两难酬价。
稽首全真参学人，记取清庵说底话。诚能直下肯承当，便是渠侬把底靶。
话靶做成又作么，无位真人乘鹤驾。

李道纯 ，湖南都梁（武冈）人，宋末元初著名道士。字元素，号清庵，别号“莹蟾子”。精于内丹学。李道纯博学多才，他的内丹理论兼容并包，系统非常完整。其师王金蟾为道教丹功南宗白玉蟾之弟子。李道纯融合内丹道派南北二宗。其内丹理论以“守中”为要诀。 故后人称其为内丹学中的中派。
