杨孚（生卒年待考），字孝元，东汉时南海郡番禺县漱珠岗下渡头村（今广州市海珠区赤岗街道下渡村）人。汉议郎学者。 他早年致力攻读经史，钻研颇深。 公元77年，以参加朝廷主办的“贤良对策”入选而获授为议郎，成为参与议政的皇帝近臣。 杨以直言敢谏而著称，屡屡向皇帝提出自己对政事的意见。杨的品学颇为时人所推崇。杨孚开创岭南文化的影响为历代后人所仰崇。
