崔骃（?—公元92年），字亭伯，涿郡安平（今河北省安平县）人。自幼聪明过人，13岁便精通《诗》、《易》、《春秋》。崔骃博学多才，精通训诂百家之言。少游太学，与班固、傅毅齐名。章帝时，他写了《四巡颂》，颂扬汉朝之德，文辞典美，受到章帝的重视。窦太后当政时，曾经在窦宪府内任主簿。窦宪横暴骄恣，他屡次讽谏劝阻。窦宪不能容忍，便让他出任长岑长，他弃而不任，返归家园，后病逝。
