侯应遴，字佐熙。开建县（今广东封开县）人。明神宗万历二十七年（一五九九）贡生。官广西容县知县。清廉恤下，赈济饥民，存活数万人。会邻邑藤县、北流二邑缺官，父老赴当道陈乞兼摄，皆许可，所至有惠政。清康熙《开建县志》卷八有传。
