阮籍怀广途，卢敖历四极。尚惭壤虫隘，或哭周道阨。
伊余抱末衷，乃溯二子迹。北游费岁年，东归眷幽赜。
岂不念穷路，黄鹄有羽翮。阳羡山水区，西奠洞庭侧。
岩扉靡杂卉，菌芝类盈尺。昔有摄生者，于此炼金液。
空筌夙所慕，灵洞杳莫测。寒泉滴不散，千岁成璆碧。
中有科斗书，漫灭不可识。朅来事冥探，宛若藐姑射。
岂伊耳目娱，但恐霜露迫。缅思缟凤吹，傥值紫髯客。
修观竟十二，累果及八百。深功谅难期，所志未忍息。
永服先圣训，至诚裂金石。

（1485—1523）福建闽县人，字继之，号少谷。弘治十八年进士。授户部主事，榷税浒墅。愤嬖幸用事，弃官归。正德中，起礼部主事，进员外郎。谏南巡，受廷杖，力请归。嘉靖初，以荐起为南京吏部郎中，途中病死。工画善诗。有《少谷集》、《经世要谈》。
