（1511—1594）明湖北监利人，寄籍山东濮州李庄（今李进士堂镇），字伯承，号北山。嘉靖二十六年进士，除新喻知县，迁刑部郎中，改尚宝司丞，升少卿。降亳州同知，迁宁国府同知，以言官抨击罢。自负才名，多所傲睨。谙晓音律，尤妙琵琶。壮年罢官，优游林下，享文酒声伎之奉四十余年。中进士前，诗名已著。以出为外吏，故不在李攀龙等七子之列，晚年语此，每愤懑不已。有《读诗私记》、《江右诗稿》、《李氏山房诗选》。
