梁必强，字原沙。琼山人。与堂兄云龙从郑廷鹄学。明神宗万历二年（一五七四）进士，五年（一五七七）任福建晋江知县。淡于仕途，满任归休，设馆造士，成就后进，蔚起多才。中年以后怡情山水，每遇名胜流连登眺，题诗磨崖，至老不倦。有《沧浪集》。民国《海南丛书》第六册梁云龙卷附传，明陈是集编选《溟南诗选》卷二有传。
