喜君卓荦负高节，世态从教尚炎热。玉壶秋月烱虚明，金井寒泉自清冽。
兹行正好展才猷，时将民瘼勤咨诹。夜深无犬吠村巷，春到有农耕绿畴。
夫耕妇织各安所，比屋讴歌歌父母。三年报政著勤劳，伫见芳名同卓鲁。
由来邑令任不轻，君行莫伤离别情。秋风若有燕鸿便，应好缄封遥寄声。

（1371—1440）明福建建安人，字勉仁，初名子荣。建文二年进士。授编修。成祖即位，入文渊阁，令更名荣。多次从成祖北巡及出塞，凡宣诏出令，及旗志符验，必得荣奏乃发。累官文渊阁大学士。永乐二十二年之役，抵达兰纳穆尔河，不见敌，议进止，惟荣与金幼孜言宜班师。帝从之。中途，帝卒。荣与幼孜以去京师远，秘不发丧。仁宗即位，累进谨身殿大学士，工部尚书。宣德元年，汉王朱高煦反，荣首请帝亲征。加少傅。正统三年进少师。荣历事四朝，谋而能断。与杨士奇、杨溥同辅政，并称三杨。卒谥文敏。有《后北征记》、《文敏集》。
