（1168—1248）福州闽县人，字恭甫。宁宗嘉定元年进士。历籍田令、太学博士。理宗即位，首陈正心为治国平天下之纲领，迁著作郎。出知潮州，训阅军兵，平息盗寇，安抚峒僚，治绩有声。端平初，召为礼部郎官，累官兵部尚书，后以端明殿学士提举洞霄宫。有《东涧集》。
