裴谞（719—793）字士明，闻喜人，裴宽之子。裴婿明经及第后．初仕河南参军事，累迁京兆仓曹参军，由于虢王李巨的表荐，又调为襄、邓营田判官，他为人清明豁达，举止潇洒。 天宝十四载(755年)，安禄山攻陷东都洛阳。
