赵璜（？－1532），字廷实，号西峰，安福人，明朝弘治三年（1490）进士，授工部主事，改兵部，历员外郎，济南知府，政绩大著。正德初，擢顺天府丞，以不附刘瑾，被逮除名。后复官迁右佥都御史巡抚宣府。不久改调山东。再迁工部右侍郎总理河道，还佐部事。嘉靖元年（1522）迁工部尚书。锐意厘革，中官不敢阻挠，得举其职，与秦金齐名。嘉靖六年三月二十二日致仕。嘉靖十一年召复故官，未行而同年七月卒。赠太子太保，谥庄靖。
