黄颇（？～？），字无颇。江西宜春人。唐武宗会昌三年（843）癸亥科卢肇榜进士第三人。该科进士二十二人。试题有《风不鸣条诗》。 黄颇与状元卢肇是同乡，黄颇家境富余，卢肇自幼贫苦。二人同日同路结伴赴举，当地官员于离亭置酒饯行，只请黄颇一人。卢肇只好骑着小毛驴默默前行，黄颇在亭内赏乐饮酒，卢肇却在城外十几里的地方苦苦等待。后来“卢肇、黄颇同游李卫公门下。王起再知贡举，访二人之能，或曰卢有文学，黄能诗。起遂以卢为状头，黄第三人。” 黄颇官监察御史。作《受命于天说》，事迹不详。
