翁元龙字时可，号处静，句章（一作四明）人。生卒年均不详，约宋理宗嘉熙初前后在世。生平事迹不可考。他是大词家吴文英之兄，亦工词，杜成之评为“如絮浮水，如荷湿露，萦旋流转，似沾非着”。所作今存花草粹编中者一首，绝妙好词中者五首。
