沈瀛[yíng]，字子寿，号竹斋，绍兴三十年进士。吴兴归安（今浙江湖州市）人。生卒年不详。绍兴三十年(1160)进士。历官江州守（今江西九江）、江东安抚司参议。有《竹斋词》1卷，明吴讷《唐宋名贤百家词》本，《□村丛书》本。
