何澹(1146～1219)，字自然。南宋诗人，曾任兵部侍郎、右谏大夫等职。嘉定十二年十二月病卒，终年74岁。著有 《小山集》 ，收入 《永乐大典》 及现代唐圭璋编 《全宋词》。
