国家复古初，出力赖诸彦。探元测天心，撷秀空芳甸。
气质既雄浑，采章复葱茜。炳焉同三代，风雅追未变。
旁收稗官说，笑䐑时一荐。岂将虾蚬盘，尽易鼎俎膳。
后来失其源，多以怪相眩。观涛遗巨浸，爱此一沤漩。
芝兰向芜没，萧艾方蔓延。顾岂无可观，致远恐非便。
方今从雅道，英俊争就选。当有紫鸾音，一洗时禽啭。
吾宗富清制，金璞饱镕鍊。高轩肯见临，大轴获初见。
盈前森欲动，贪读不知倦。吴歈斗妍媚，楚些发哀怨。
暗芳啼晓露，白月垂秋练。肃肃天庙仪，迟迟洞宫宴。
建标凌倒景，胜气来酣战。古人用意处，窥闯应已遍。
不然新诗中，安得众体见。从来绝妙处，经眼不容眴。
歘起追其踪，险若挽飞电。岂容随俗好，展转就萦缠。
公当英少年，笔力十分健。更期策高足，勿受尘泥溅。
一朝奋馀勇，名埸谁敢擅。扬光云霓上，声价弥海县。
方知掣鲸手，不足临渊羡。

（1086—1158）吉州庐陵人，字美中，号杉溪居士。徽宗大观三年上舍及第，宣和二年中宏词科。高宗时累迁中书舍人，兼权直学士院。以帝称其能文，为时宰所忌，出知漳州，于城东开十四渠，溉田数千亩。官至工部侍郎、权吏部尚书。有《杉溪居士集》。
