段克己弟。两人同为（1230）。克己中举，无意仕途，终日纵酒自娱。成己及第，授宜阳主簿。金亡，成己与兄避居龙门山（今山西河津黄河边）。克己殁后，自龙门山徙居晋宁北郭，闭门读书，近四十年。元世祖忽必烈降诏征为平阳府儒学提举，坚拒不赴。至元十六年卒，年八十一。
