卫立中，名德辰，字立中。元朝人，生卒年不详。约一二九零～一三五零年前后在世。孙楷弟《元曲家考略》认为卫立中就是卫德辰。先世渤海（郡名，治所今河北沧州市）人，七世祖始居钱塘（今浙江杭州市），四世祖又徙至华亭（旧县名，治所今上海松江县），是为华亭人。素以才干称，善书。隐居未仕，曾与阿里西瑛、贯云石交游，年辈亦相若。明·朱权《太和正音谱》列其于“词林英杰”一百五十人之中。
