（1458—1498）安徽凤阳人。明宗室。号宾竹道人。太祖第二子秦王朱樉玄孙。弘治元年袭封秦王。长安有鲁齐书院，久废，诚泳别易地建正学书院，又于其旁建小学，择军士子弟延儒生教授。工诗。著有《经进小鸣集》。卒谥简。
