译文
缑山仙子王子乔性情高远，不像牛郎织女要下凡人间。皎洁的月光中停下吹凤箫，摆一摆手告别人间去成仙。
听说黄河竹筏能直上银河，一路上还挟带着天风海雨。今天相逢一醉是前生缘分，分别后谁知道各自向何方？
注释
鹊桥仙：词牌名，又名《鹊桥仙令》、《金风玉露相逢曲》、《广寒秋》等。
缑（gōu）山：在今河南偃师县。缑山仙子指在缑山成仙的王子乔。
云渺（miǎo）：高远貌。
痴（chī）牛騃（ái）女：指牛郎织女。在这里不仅限于指牛郎织女，而是代指痴迷于俗世的芸芸众生。
凤箫声：王子乔吹笙时喜欢模仿凤的叫声。
时人：当时看到王子乔登仙而去的人们。
槎（chá）：竹筏。
银河：天河。
尚（shàng）：还。
前缘：前世的因缘。

鹊桥仙·七夕送陈令举创作背景
熙宁七年（1074年），词人和陈令举坐船游玩，一边喝酒，一边快乐的畅谈，然而相聚总是要分离的，为了表达对陈令举的依依不舍，词人便写下这首词送给他。

鹊桥仙·七夕送陈令举鉴赏
这首词咏调名本意，是为送别友人陈令举而作。全词在立意上一反旧调，不写男女离恨，而咏朋友情意，别有一番新味。
此词上片，也紧切七夕下笔，但用的却是王子乔飘然仙去的故事。据刘向《列仙传》载，周灵王太子王子乔，好吹笙作凤凰鸣，游伊洛之间，被道士浮丘公接上嵩高山，三十余年后于山上见柏良，对他说：“告我家，七月七日待我于缑氏山颠。”至时，果乘白鹤驻山头，望之不得到，举手谢时人，数日而去。苏轼此词上片，借这则神话故事，称颂一种超尘拔俗、不为柔情羁縻的飘逸旷放襟怀，以开解友人的离思别苦。发端三句，赞王子乔仙心超远，缥缈云天，不学牛郎织女身陷情网，作茧自缚。一扬一抑，独出机杼，顿成翻案之笔。缑山，在河南偃师县。缑山仙子，指王子乔，因为他在缑山仙去，故云。“凤箫”两句，承“不学”句而来，牛女渡河，两情缱绻，势难割舍；仙子吹箫月下，举手告别家人，飘然而去。前者由仙入凡，后者超凡归仙，趋向相反，故赞以“不学痴牛呆女”。
下片写自己与友人的聚合与分离，仿佛前缘已定，事有必然。据东坡《记游松江》（《东坡志林》卷一）说：“吾昔自杭移高密，与杨元素同舟，而陈令举、张子野皆从余过李公择于湖，遂与刘孝叔俱至松江。夜半月出，置酒垂虹亭上。”苏轼于熙宁七年九月从杭州通判移任密州知州，与同时奉召还汴京的杭州知州杨元素同舟至湖州访李公择，陈令举、张子野同行，并与刘孝叔会于湖州府园之碧澜堂，称为“六客之会”，席上张子野作《定风波令》，即“六客词”，会后同泛舟游吴松江，至吴江垂虹亭畅饮高歌，“坐客欢甚，有醉倒者”。但作者不是径直叙写这段经历，仍借与天河牛女有关的故事来进行比况。张华《博物志》载一则故事说：天河与海相通，年年有浮槎定期往来，海滨一人怀探险奇志，便多带干粮，乘槎浮去。经十余日，至一城郭，遇织布女和牵牛人，便问牵牛人，此是何处。牵牛人告诉他回去后问蜀人严君平便知。后来乘槎人还，问严君平。君平告以某年月日有客星犯牵牛宿，计算年月，正是乘槎人到天河之时。词人借用这则优美的神话故事，比况几位友人曾冲破澄澈的银浪泛舟而行。“槎”，即竹筏；“客槎”，一语双关：明指天河的“浮槎”，暗喻他们所乘的客船。“尚带天风海雨”，切合“浮槎”通海之说。煞拍两句笔墨落到赠别。“相逢一醉是前缘”，写六客之会；“风雨散、飘然何处”，“风雨”承上“天风海雨”，写朋友分袂，各自西东。“一醉是前缘”，含慰藉之意；“飘然何处”，蕴感慨无限。
这首词不但摆脱了儿女艳情的旧套，借以抒写送别的友情，而且用事上紧扣七夕，格调上以飘逸超旷取代缠绵悱恻之风，读来深感词人逸怀浩气超乎尘垢之外。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
