译文
不知是谁在窗前种下的芭蕉树，一片浓阴，遮盖了整个院落。叶片和不断伸展的叶心相互依恋，一张张，一面面，遮蔽了庭院。
满怀愁情，无法入睡，偏偏又在三更时分下起了雨，点点滴滴，响个不停。雨声淅沥，不停敲打着我的心扉。我听不惯，于是披衣起床。
注释
添字丑奴儿：词牌名。一作“添字采桑子”。“丑奴儿”与“采桑子”同调而异名。添字：在此词中具体表现为——在“丑奴儿”原调上下片的第四句各添入二字，由原来的七字句，改组为四字、五字两句。增字后，音节和乐句亦相应发生了变化。
中庭：庭院里。
舒卷：一作“舒展”，在此可一词两用，舒，以状蕉叶；卷，以状蕉心。且卷，有通“婘”之训，谓好貌。馀清：此据王学初《李清照集校注》和吴熊和《唐宋词通论》，此首断句亦从吴著。“馀清”，今本多作“馀情”，“情”字在此其意似欠当，因此词上片旨在咏物并非简单的拟人之法。馀清，意谓蕉叶舒卷；蕉心贻人以清凉舒适之感。视“清”字为“情”字的谐音，其意似胜于径用“馀情”二字。
霖霪：本为久雨，此处指接连不断的雨声。

这首词写于词人南渡之后。根据蔡中民的观点“深情苦调，楚哀动人，当是建炎三年其夫赵明诚死后所作”（《百家唐宋词新话》）可知此词创作时间在公元公元1129年（建炎三年）之后。

这首词作于南渡以后，通过雨打芭蕉引起的愁思，表达作者思念故国、故乡的深情。上片咏物，借芭蕉展心，反衬自己愁怀永结、郁郁寡欢的心情和意绪。首句“窗前谁种芭蕉树”，似在询问，似在埋怨，无人回答，也无须回答。然而通过这一设问，自然而然地将读者的视线引向南方特有的芭蕉庭院。接着，再抓住芭蕉叶心长卷、叶大多荫的特点加以咏写。蕉心长卷，一叶叶，一层层，不断地向外舒展。阔大的蕉叶，似巨掌，似绿扇，一张张，一面面，伸向空间，布满庭院，散发着清秀，点缀着南国的夏秋。第二句“阴满中庭”形象而逼真地描绘出这一景象。第三句重复上句，再用一个“阴满中庭”进行吟咏，使人如临庭前，如立窗下，身受绿叶的遮蔽，进而注视到蕉叶的舒卷。“叶叶心心，舒展有馀情”，歇拍二句寄情于物，寓情于景。“叶叶”与“心心”，两对叠字连用，一面从听觉方面形成应接不暇之感，—面从视觉印象方面，向人展示蕉叶不断舒展的动态。而蕉心常卷，犹如愁情无极，嫩黄浅绿的蕉心中，紧裹着绵绵不尽的情思。全词篇幅短小而情意深蕴。语言明白晓畅，能充分运用双声叠韵、重言叠句以及设问和口语的长处，形成参差错落、顿挫有致的韵律；又能抓住芭蕉的形象特征，采用即景抒情，寓情于物，触景生情，寓情于景的写作手法，抒发国破家亡后难言的伤痛；用笔轻灵而感情凝重，体现出漱玉词语新意隽、顿挫有致的优点。

李清照（1084年3月13日～1155年5月12日）号易安居士，汉族，山东省济南章丘人。宋代（南北宋之交）女词人，婉约词派代表，有“千古第一才女”之称。所作词，前期多写其悠闲生活，后期多悲叹身世，情调感伤。形式上善用白描手法，自辟途径，语言清丽。论词强调协律，崇尚典雅，提出词“别是一家”之说，反对以作诗文之法作词。能诗，留存不多，部分篇章感时咏史，情辞慷慨，与其词风不同。有《易安居士文集》《易安词》，已散佚。后人有《漱玉词》辑本。今有《李清照集校注》。
