译文
青青的茉莉叶片如美人皱着的眉眼，洁白的茉莉花朵犹如美人的一张笑脸。我很疑惑，她是仙女本来自海中之国，竟能耐得住这杯中的炎热。莫非她喝尽了香风和甘露玉汤，不然她的气息怎会如此芳香。她的香味悠长能够冲向万里长空，却浮在杯中宛如朵朵微小的芙蓉。她仿佛是位轻盈的仙女在月中步行，悄无声息惹人爱怜地飘入仙宫。她怎会到这里来?想是她娇小不懂世风险恶，便轻易地被人摘采。真为她感到愁苦，轻易地离别了她的故土。不忍心再看她如今的出路，那么芳香的她竟在上锁的首饰小箱里居住。我在竹席上度过凄凉的今夜，怕我那难以捉摸的诗魂会像她一样化作小小风蝶。茉莉幽幽的香气已沁入我的骨子里，如今在我十里之长的梦境之地，她就像梅花在停息的雪中伫立。夜空一轮明月高悬，我躺在竹席上暗暗把茉莉花召唤。归来吧，把你那心中无数伤心事端，同这月宫中的嫦娥谈谈。
注释
青颦粲素靥：形容茉莉碧绿的叶子和洁白的花朵就像女子忽笑忽愁。
海国仙人偏耐热：指茉莉乃海上来的仙子，故能忍受人间的酷热。
瑶阙：月宫。
锁香金箧：把茉莉花瓣珍藏在箱中。
真化风蝶：指自己化作蝴蝶来到茉莉身边。
素娥：月亮。

［约公元一二三一年前后在世］字惟晓，山阴人。生卒年均不详，约宋理宗绍定中前后在世。嘉定十年（公元一二一七年）进士。自几漕除右司郎官。与吴文英唱和。当未第时，游苕溪恋一妓女。十年再往，则已为人所据，且已生子，而犹挂名籍中。于是假郡将命召之，久而始来，颜色瘁赧，相对若不胜情。焕作唐多令赠之，为时盛传。焕的著作，有梅津集，《绝妙好词笺》其词多酸苦之辞。
