粉靥金裳。映绣屏认得，旧日萧娘。翠微高处，故人帽底，一年最好，偏是重阳。避春祗怕春不远，望幽径、偷理秋妆。殢醉乡。寸心似翦，飘荡愁觞。
潮腮笑入清霜。斗万花样巧，深染蜂黄。露痕千点，自怜旧色，寒泉半掬，百感幽香。雁声不到东篱畔，满城但、风雨凄凉。最断肠。夜深怨蝶飞狂。
惜黄花慢·菊鉴赏
《惜黄花慢》，词牌名，双调，一百零八字，上片十二句六平韵，下片十一句六平韵。
“粉靥”三句，以人拟菊。“萧娘”是唐宋人对女子的泛称。元稹诗：“揄挪陶令缘求酒，结托萧娘只在诗。”杨巨源《崔娘》诗：“风流才子多春思，肠断萧娘一纸书”等句，皆是此意。此言菊花粉红色的花蕊恰如佳人脸颊上的酒涡；菊的花瓣又似美人身上金黄色的衣裙。盛开的菊花与女郎绣架上刺绣的花样是非常相似。“翠微”四句。言一年之中最迷人的是重阳佳节。词人说：那时我与友人同登高山，采下鲜艳的菊花，互相斜插在帽下发间，应景助兴。“避春”两句是说：菊花原想避开繁花似锦的春天，所以等到秋季才一枝独秀而盛开的；然而偏是天生丽质，在秋天开得千姿百态，与春日的繁花斗艳不差毫厘，甚至我在山间小径漫步时，也可以发现路两旁也悄悄地盛放着黄花。“殢醉乡”三句是说：眼前菊花虽美，却依然难解我心中的愁思，所以举杯销愁惟有杜康。但“举杯销愁愁更愁”，我潦倒醉乡仍是心似刀绞，那无穷的愁思，剪不断，理还乱。上片重在写菊之形神，兼述自己的心情。
“潮腮”三句，言菊的花瓣沾着清霜好像人湿润的笑靥。深黄色的菊花，虽是同一个名字，但品种繁多，拥有一花竞开，百品争艳之势。“露痕”四句。言词人清晨漫步菊丛，见菊花上露珠点点，更使人百看不厌。词人且捧起清泉灌浇黄菊，菊花也“投桃报李”发出阵阵幽香浸人肺腑。“雁声”四句，点出词人忧愁的原因，与上片结句遥向呼应。言词人虽能在田园中栽菊自娱，但最可恨的是远方亲人并无片字只语传来音信。而且城中又开始风雨交加，深夜里词人忧思难眠，担心园中的菊丛是不是会被这一夜风雨吹打得枝断、叶落、花零乱。下片强调好景不常。全词系咏本调。

吴文英（约1200～1260），字君特，号梦窗，晚年又号觉翁，四明（今浙江宁波）人。原出翁姓，后出嗣吴氏。与贾似道友善。有《梦窗词集》一部，存词三百四十余首，分四卷本与一卷本。其词作数量丰沃，风格雅致，多酬答、伤时与忆悼之作，号“词中李商隐”。而后世品评却甚有争论。
