看看那些可怜的打鱼人吧，正驾着小船在大风大浪里上下颠簸，飘摇不定。

THE FISHERMAN ON THE STREAM
You go up and down stream;
You love to eat the bream.
Lo! The fishing boat braves
Perilous wind and waves.

④鲈鱼：一种头大口大、体扁鳞细、背青腹白、 味道鲜美的鱼。 生长快，体大味美。
⑤君：你。
⑥一叶舟：像漂浮在水上的一片树叶似的小船。
⑦出没：若隐若现。指一会儿看得见，一会儿看不见。
⑧风波：波浪。

江上渔者创作背景
范仲淹是主张革新的政治家，北宋仁宗时曾担任参知政事，主持变法。他能够关心生活在社会下层的一般民众的疾苦，写过一些同情劳动人民的诗歌作品，但流传下来的很少。
