译文
渡口的杨柳柔条飘拂，春风中入们饮遽了饯行的醇酒。
千万点的落花，飘落在小船上那一叶扁舟，把美好的春色全都带到江南去了。
注释
之：往，到。
新安：郡名，治所在休宁（今属安徽），后属歙县，唐时改为歙州，宋宣和年问改为徽州。后世称歙州、徽州所辖地区为新安。
津亭：渡口驿亭。
毵（sān）：毛发或枝条细长的样子，此形容柳条细长下垂。
酣：饮酒至舒畅的程度。半酣，半醉。
一叶：形容轻舟。
将：作助词，表示动作的开端。

代父送人之新安创作背景
诗人的父亲陆德蕴，是一位饱学之士，在落花时节送别友人，而诗人陆娟是位才女，出嫁之前深得父亲信任和怜爱。《代父送人之新安》便是诗人陆娟代父亲陆德蕴作的送别诗。

代父送人之新安鉴赏
《代父GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>送人之新安》设色艳丽，如同画卷，颇有女性的特点。全诗用二幅画面组成。前二句一幅，为告别图，后一句一幅，为江上行舟图。
首句写渡口亭畔，杨柳依依，借物寓情，惜别之心曲不言自明。“碧”字透出光泽感，如画面上的亮色。第二句写友人就要登舟出发了。“酒半酣”一扫离别即愁苦的旧套，陶然、微醺是“酒半酣”带给人的一种佳妙的境界，且于东风吹拂之下更是透露出一种欢快气氛。树下站立着行者与送者，正在作最后的告别，彼此酒已半酣。著“东风”二字，关照上句的柳条，又由此似乎看到人物的衣带轻飏，衬托出酒后陶然之态。作者省略前后内容，单取一个视觉形象，同上句可以配成完整画面。
第三句已转入舟行江上。描写落花，暗借上句“东风”二字，呈现飞舞之态。“万点落花舟一叶”，“万点落花”与“一叶舟”相衬托。似乎是漫天春色，环绕行人，这实在是一个画面的描摹，色彩斑斓，春意无限。尾句“载将春色过江南”，诗人借助想象，行舟江南，一路飞花．无限春色可以一直伴送着父亲的友人，同时也是对行人的美好祝愿。此句利用诗歌表现不受时间和空间限制的长处，将眼前景象，无限延展，使诗中情味更浓。同时亦有祈祷行人一路平安欢乐的意思。
全诗三组景象，并非平行排列，而是立体展示，极富层次感。在这几个层次中，景物、事态、情感交错复叠，直扑读者，显示出绝句独有的词显意深、语近情遥的艺术魅力。
