苏仲（一四五六—一五一九），字亚夫。顺德人。葵弟。明孝宗弘治十五年壬戌（一五〇二）进士，官户部主事。旋忤宦官刘瑾意，出为岳郡散官。十八年，皇帝赐命进防承德郎。武宗正德七年（一五一二），任广西象州知州。九年，退居归田。十四年，卒于家。有《古愚集》，诗三卷，文一卷。清康熙《顺德县志》卷七有传。其来孙天琦又有《奉直大夫象州知州前户部主事古愚公传》，见《古愚集》卷首。苏仲诗，以清光绪七年（一八八一）顺德苏仲德堂藏板重刻本《古愚集》为底本。
