赵善漮（一一四五～一二二三），字清之，缙云（今属浙江）人。宋宗室。孝宗乾道四年（一一六八）乡贡进士。后以特奏名出身，历国子博士、兵部员外郎、观察使，谢政而归。宁宗嘉定十六年卒，年七十九。事见民国《赵氏宗谱》卷三。今录诗三首。
